Claims Process

Horizon Roofing and Constructions licensed and insured roofing experts will do a complete inspection of your roof before and after the project is finished. We have team members who work seven days a week to ensure that you get what you want as fast as possible.

Conduct Inspection
  • Following scheduling, a Horizon agent will come on site to conduct an estimate and provide you with an expert assessment of identified areas of concern
  • If our expert identifies qualifying damages, we will consult with you on the best path and communication to your insurance provider, we will ensure a seamless claims process.
File A Claim
  • Once damage has been identified and you are aware of your options, our team will guide you through making a claim. 
  • Horizon can enable you to make a claim in minutes and be by your side to answer any questions you may have.
Adjustor Meeting
  • Following the initial claim  made over the phone, an insurance adjustor will contact the homeowner to schedule an inspection. 
  • Once scheduled, Horizon will meet you the day of your adjustor inspection. 
  • We will meet the adjustor at your home to assist in a smooth claims process.
Insurance Approval
  • Once approved, the insurance adjustor will provide you with a packet that covers everything that insurance is covering for repair or replacement.
  • Your Horizon specialist will be present as well to answer any questions and cover the replacement process.
Replacement Process
  • On the day of the adjusters’ inspections, your Horizon specialist will cover available products, installation process and scheduling.
